Liechtenstein in the EEA

This project reflects current legal issues of the EEA Agreement. In autumn 2020, a lecture on «EU Agencies as a challenge for the dynamic incorporation of EU Law into the EEA Agreement» will be given as part of the Zurich Lectures on Liechtenstein Law at the University of Zurich. Another talk at the first conference in European Law in Zurich will explore the challenges posed by the EEA on the democracy in Liechtenstein. Further research is planned on the development of international and European environment law and its influence on the scope of the EEA Agreement. Current developments of the EEA law, also as regards the case law of the EFTA Court, are continuously studied and analysed.
