Small State, Fundamental and Current Problems

With this volume, the Liechtenstein Institute presents the papers and other contributions of the "Small State" symposium. The individual studies are devoted to the basic problems of the small state, contain conceptual remarks on the theory of the small state from an economic and sociological perspective, address the constitutional innovations and adaptations of the small state in an intemational comparative and case-related perspective, discuss foreign policy aspects, especially with regard to the European context, and finally turn to the Principality of Liechtenstein as an example.
