Provision of Cross-Border Services between Switzerland and Liechtenstein

With the introduction of the accompanying measures by Switzerland in 2004, the provision of cross-border services from Liechtenstein to Switzerland became more difficult. Under pressure from Liechtenstein trade and industry, Liechtenstein, for its part, made it more difficult to provide cross-border services from Switzerland to Liechtenstein in 2017. On behalf of the zukunft.li foundation, the Liechtenstein Institute prepared a legal and political science analysis of the current regime in the area of cross-border services in the relationship between Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For this purpose, a survey was also conducted among the members of the Chamber of Commerce.
