With the adoption of the EU basic data protection regulation into the EEA Agreement and its subsequent implementation into national law, Liechtenstein's data protection law has changed significantly. On this occasion, the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Liechtenstein commissioned the Liechtenstein Institute to conduct a survey on the attitudes of the Liechtenstein resident population towards data protection.
