On July 28, a delegation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) together with representatives of the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) visited the Liechtenstein Institute to attend a presentation by Andreas Brunhart on characteristics of Liechtenstein's economy.

The IMF delegation was in Liechtenstein for a full-day informal visit to get a first personal impression in the run-up to Liechtenstein’s accession process to the IMF and to engage in discussions with various stakeholders from politics, the public administration, the business sector and academia.
